I’m looking for a flatmate (preferably long-term) in my fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment in Zurich (Katzenbachstrasse 219, 8052) starting 1st of September. The room is part of a bright, spacious 2.0m² apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and a backyard garden. You also get your own private bathroom + we have a washer-dryer in the apartment! One wall of your room is floor-to-ceiling glass, making it especially airy even in this almost obscene summer. Note that the room is for single occupancy only (one person on the contract). Occasional guests are ofcourse fine. The furniture would need to be taken over. There's also a one-time contribution for the shared furniture and equipment in the common areas. Security deposit: 2300 CHF No smoking inside the apartment, no pets. You’ll be sharing this beautiful apartment with me (F28, PhD student at ETH). I enjoy having a home thats clean, realxed and comfortable. I am not looking for a purely functional flatshare wherein we only exchange awkward nods it is important to me that the space feels like home and I would love to find someone with a similar vibe.
