There is also a parking space option (for 2.0 CHF a month extra) in a garage within the building, if you are interested. The furniture in the room is almost new (bought February 2024) and it is for sale (bed, 2 wardrobes, 1 night stand, 1 drawer, 1 small table. The deposit is 3 month worth of rent (4,725 CHF).
