I am now renting out my small but very cozy room in a beautiful, newly renovated apartment at Spyriplatz 27 in Zurich. The apartment was completely renovated about a year ago and is in top condition. It is bright, stylish, and very well-maintained, with beautiful hardwood floors, a modern kitchen, a nice bathroom, and a spacious living area. Although the room is on the smaller side, it feels very pleasant and cozy. All of my personal belongings will, of course, be completely removed, and the room will be handed over spotlessly clean.
