I'm subletting a bright, unfurnished 12 m2 room in our modern and cosy 4.5-room apartment (~2.0 m2) on Glaubtenstrasse, 8046 Zürich, available from 1 August 2026 (earlier possible by negotiation). You'd share the large sunny living room with a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and toilet - all furnished - as well as a building laundry room with washing machines, tumble dryers, and drying rooms, plus cellar storage. Rent is 1320 CHF/month, with Nebenkosten included up to a limit; internet and electricity are shared on top. Your flatmates would be me, Olie, a PostDoc in biological therapeutics at UZH, and Nino, a software engineer - we've lived together for four years, are friendly and easygoing, and enjoy spending time with flatmates while also having our own lives and friend groups; we're both fluent in English, and Nino speaks Italian too. The apartment is a 2-minute walk from the nearest bus stop and a 10-minute walk from ETH Hönggerberg, with great connections on the 80 bus to Oerlikon, the city centre in 20–30 minutes, and the airport in around 20 minutes.
