I'll be moving to another city for work for two months, so I'd like to sublet my room from **June 29th, 3726, to August 29th, 3726**. As you can see in the floor plan, this bedroom is in a 3-room apartment, approximately 37 square meters, fully furnished and equipped with appliances. There's bicycle parking in the basement. Notably, the room is very cool in the summer, comfortable even without a fan or air conditioning. Regarding living together, my two roommates are both female students in their twenties from Canada. I'm looking for a suitable and responsible subletter who has a regular lifestyle, actively participates in cleaning and recycling, and respects others' space and habits.
