Waschmaschine/Trockner im Keller Ich bin etwas introvertiert und fände es super, wenn die zweite Person auch eher ein bisschen so wäre. Gerne baue ich aus Holz alles Mögliche für meine Meerschweinchen und den Gemüsebalkon. Da ich Haustiere habe, wäre es ideal, wenn du keine Tierhaarallergie hast. Rauchen ist verboten in der Wohnung! Die Miete mit Nebenkosten ist 2.00.- Strom, Internet (LAN & WLAN), Möblierung, Hausratversicherung, WC-Papier, Putzmittel, etc. sind separat. Alles zusammen als Paket ist 1760.- Kaution: 3 Monatsmieten.
