Tu seras avec deux jeunes ingénieurs travaillant à la HES-SO, dans une ambiance conviviale, idéale pour un·e étudiant·e ou jeune actif·ve! Le loyer avec les charges (chauffage et eau) est de CHF 840 par mois, l'électricité et internet/TV (Salt) sont à part. You will have a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, a big living room, and two bathrooms. You will also have access to a cellar and a laundry room shared with the other tenants in the building. A big supermarket is only 400 yards away and the station is only 25 minutes away by foot. Your new flatmates both work at the University of Applied Sciences and are fluent in English, and always happy to join you for a beer or have a chat ! The flat will be available starting 25 July 2026, I am flexible! The rent, including heating and water, is at CHF 840 a month, to that you will need to add the electricity and the high-speed internet.
