The neighborhood is quiet, green, and close to city centre (10 min. by tram), airport (25 min. by tram), tram stop (3 min. walking), shopping (5-10 min. walk), the forest (10 min. walk), and Irchel park (10 min. walk). The apartment is partly furnished (wardrobes, shelves, one sofa; some deviations from pictures). Details can be discussed and we can leave specific furniture items on request.
