Subletting my room from October 1st 2026 for 1 year (with the possibility to extend). **Location (K4)** * Public transport: Bus 31 right outside the building; buses 72, 83, and 33 just a 5-minute walk away. * Connections: 8-minute walk to Hardbrücke, 5 minutes by bike to Bullingerplatz, and 7 minutes to Lochergut. **The Room & The Apartment** * The room: 21 m², bright, furnishings to be agreed upon. * Living room: Spacious, with a long balcony overlooking the green courtyard. * Kitchen: Fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and a second small service balcony. * Additional features: Bathroom, second bedroom, and a very spacious basement storage unit (_Keller_). **About Us** We are two guys from Italy: * Me (29): Architect working in Zurich (I'm leaving the room for a while, which is why I'm subletting it!). * Luca (30): PhD student in Biology at UZH.
