Hi future flatmate! We are looking for a new fourth flatmate to join our beautiful shared flat as of 2 December 2026. “We”, that is Ignasi (30), a Spanish cycling enthusiast, Paul (27) a Parisian vintage watches and opera aficionado, and Kevin (39) from Malaysia and Luxembourg, a coder with a bamboo farming side hustle. Check out the pictures to see our beautiful flat and notice: lakeview, nice wooden floors, high ceilings, two bathrooms (one has a bathtub), washing machine and drier in the flat, big sitting room, additional guest room to host friends who pass by. We do have also a cleaning lady coming 2x a week. Shopping (Migros, Coop, Denner) as well as transport (S-Bahn, 72er bus, 7 tram) are within 5 min walking distance. The room is extremely spacious, 22sqm which allows for privacy even within the flat.
