An extension may be possible by mutual agreement. The apartment is approximately **105 sqm** and consists of: * 3 bedrooms (approx. 16 sqm, 15 sqm and 12 sqm) * 2 bathrooms * spacious living/dining area * kitchen * washing machine and dryer in the apartment * additional cellar/storage space The apartment is **partially furnished**. Each bedroom has at least one wardrobe, and there is an additional wardrobe in the entrance area. The living room is partially furnished with a sofa and two armchairs. The apartment is particularly well suited to a **small shared flat of 2-3 people**, for example students, doctoral researchers or young professionals. I am looking for **one principal tenant** who will be my main contractual and administrative contact and who will be responsible for the full rent and the apartment.
