Hello there! 👋 We are three friendly quirky and open-minded humans looking for our fourth WG member, as our current roommate is moving out. We are looking for someone who is not just searching for a room, but who would enjoy being part of a little WG community. The official move-in date would be 1 December, however, if that doesn't work for you, we could also potentially arrange a move-in around 15 December or even 1 January. We enjoy living in a communal way. We share all the food (buy it together), cook together and for each other, have weekly WG dinners, and occasionally organize WG weekends or little adventures together. Our beautiful living room, lovingly designed and decorated by Flo, is one of our favourite places to hang out. We might be there chatting, crafting, reading, drinking tea, having long conversations about life and the world, and sometimes trying to understand what the hell it all means… or simply existing together without necessarily saying much. We also love going on trips together, especially hiking and being outdoors. We are all quite active and enjoy doing things, but we also understand that everyone has their own life, friends, work, relationships and need for alone time. We really value having a clean, tidy and pleasant home. Communication is also super important to us. If something bothers you, we'd much rather talk about it openly and kindly than let it silently grow into a problem. We are a multilingual WG, we speak German, English and Spanish at home. Adriana is still on her learning german journey 😊 Oh, and we eat vegan/vegetarian at home, but any kind of diet is welcome here. **The apartment** We live in a beautiful apartment right in the city centre, super close to the train station Welle 7. The apartment is approx. 2.0 m2, has four bedrooms, one huge living and dining room, and two bathrooms, so there is plenty of space for everyone. The room itself is 23m2. We also have plenty of storage space, with both a basement and an attic available. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, unfortunately there is no elevator (free leg workout included) and there is no balcony. Electricity, water and Wi-Fi are all included. On top of the rent, we currently spend approximately CHF 250 per month per person on shared food and utilities. 🧡 And who are we? Flo (she/her): Outdoor lover, sports addict, positive energy spreader, and smoothie bowl creater. Besides that I am in my early 30s, in a happy relationship with Pese (who will be on visits here and there 🥰), enjoying being creative crafting or playing instruments and getting myself into deep conversations with a cup of chai tea latte and some good music in the background. I love going to concerts. I also work 😇, even tho me and others wouldn’t necessary see it as work 😅. To make it not too long here: i am able to wave my being and interests into my work with teenagers 🤭 🏔️ Ah and I am from northern Germany. Adriana (she/her): I am a chill Costa Rican of 35 years old, partner of Philipp. Love reading and recently initiated into the world of knitting. If you're a knitter, I will probably ask for all your tips and tricks. Self-proclaimed gym bro, who also enjoys very much practicing yoga. I work from home for a UN agency on sustainability, which is obviously one of my interests together with Buddhism, psychedelics, the weirdness of modern society, antiracism and decolonization. I am also addicted to music and youtube videos about celebrities controversies. But my passion is listening to creepy pasta stories while cooking. Philipp (he/him): Austrian psychology student however I will start working as a psychologist in November in a clinic close to Bern. I am fascinated by the human expereince and love to learn talk and everyday be surprise by it. I go cycling a lot and go regularly to the gym since I amtraining for my first triatlon.I enjoy spending time with the others in the WG sometimes cooking for everyone and being cooked by someone else oh andI am the partner of wonderful Adriana.
