The appartement has the following amenities: 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 office area with standing desk+screen+wifi (incl.), 1 dining room, 1 living room, 2 balconies, 1 shared very large rooftop (never used - perfect for morning coffee or yoga!), 1 shared washing machine and drier + drying room (super fast cycles and never occupied), +beautiful tall trees on the street. Only tenants with personal liability and household insurance (Haftpflichtversicherung) will be considered. We love our flat and would be happy to share it with likeminded people.
