Hello, We are subletting our apartment, located a 3-minute walk from Wiedikon train station before we fully move in around end of August. The apartment is 115 square meters and is ideal for a couple. it is spacious and provides a very calm environment with lots of lights. It has one bedroom, a terrace, a separate dressing room, and a large open-plan living area that combines the lounge and kitchen. It is located on the 5th floor with elevator access. Subletting is permitted by our landlord, and we have written authorization. We are looking to sublet starting Tuesday, June 16th until mid/end August. The apartment is furnished but with different equipment from the pictures (different bed, dining table, no tv). Strict no pets, non-smoker policy in the building.
