Das Haus bietet viel Platz, sowohl innen als auch aussen. Wir haben zwei Küchen, drei Bäder (pro Bad zwei Personen), ein grosses Homeoffice-Zimmer, Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer. Im Garten stehen ein Grill, viele Pflanzen, ein Ping-Pong-Tisch und die Lounge unter dem Quittenbaum lädt zum verweilen ein. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und die WG ist dank der Nähe zu Bahnhof, Altstadt und Stadtpark gut gelegen. **Wir suchen** eine kontaktfreudige, junge Person (20-30 Jahre alt), die sich am Abend gerne mal aufs Znacht und eine gute Unterhaltung einlässt, auch wenn die Mietdauer nur befristet ist. Am besten bist du unkompliziert, kommunikativ und lebensfreudig. Obwohl (und gerade weil) wir eine grosse WG sind, respektieren wir gegenseitig unsere Ruhezeiten und lassen uns genügend Freiräume (die durch das grosse Haus auch vorhanden sind). **Wir sind** die WG Villa Tschanz! :) Eine sechser WG bestehend aus drei Männern und drei Frauen (wobei eine für einen Auslandsaufenthalt ihr Zimmer untervermietet) mit unterschiedlichen Hobbies und Berufungen. Die WG besteht bereits seit 2023 mit wechselnder Besatzung. Die meisten Interaktionen finden statt, indem wir gemeinsam kochen oder den Tag zusammen bei einem Bier im Garten oder bei einem Schwatz im Gang ausklingen lassen. Wir sind alle im Sommer gerne in der Natur, ob in den Wanderschuhen, auf dem Rennrad oder auf und in der Aare. The house offers plenty of space, both inside and out. We have two kitchens, three bathrooms (two people per bathroom), a large home office, a dining room, and a living room. The garden features a grill, lots of plants, a ping-pong table, and a lounge area under the quince tree that’s perfect for relaxing. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the shared apartment is well-located thanks to its proximity to the train station, the Old Town, and the city park. **We’re looking for** a sociable, young person (ages 20–30) who enjoys joining us for a late-night snack and good conversation in the evenings, even if your stay is only temporary. Ideally, you’re easygoing, outgoing, and full of life. Although (and especially because) we’re a large shared apartment, we respect each other’s quiet times and give each other plenty of personal space (which the large house makes plenty of). We’re the Villa Tschanz shared apartment! :) A six-person shared apartment consisting of three men and three women (one of whom is subletting her room while she’s abroad) with different hobbies and careers. The shared apartment has been around since 2023 with a changing lineup of residents. Most of our interactions happen when we cook together or wind down the day with a beer in the garden or a chat in the hallway. In the summer, we all love being outdoors—whether in our hiking boots, on our road bikes, or out on the Aare River. We look forward to meeting you!
