Sie hat alles, was du brauchst und ist super gelegen - 7 Minuten zu Fuss zum Hauptbahnhof und 3 Minuten zum Limmatplatz/Langstrasse. Rundherum hat es viele tolle Restaurants, Bars, coole Läden und diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 6. Stock (Lift vorhanden) und der Balkon auf der Südseite. Obwohl die Wohnung sehr zentral liegt, ist es dort oben trotzdem ruhig. Die Wohnung ist möbliert und darf nur von einer Person bewohnt werden. Alles zusammen kostet 3730 Franken pro Monat. Die Kaution beträgt eine Monatsmiete. Ich freue mich auf deine Nachricht!
