Die Wohnung bietet einiges, was man in der Stadt kaum findet: eine private Sauna, ein privates Rooftop mit Terrasse und freiem Blick über die Stadt, und keine weiteren Nachbarn im Haus – Besuch ist also nie ein Thema. Lage: 7 Minuten zu Fuss zum Hauptbahnhof, 5 Minuten zur Universität. Miete: CHF 2’300 inkl. Nebenkosten. Verfügbar per 2.9.2026, unbefristet.
