See below for the English description. Wir suchen einen Nachmieter für unsere 3.5 Zimmer Wohnung ab 1. Oktober 2026 da wir ins Ausland wegziehen. Die Wohnung befindet sich ausserhalb von Zürich im idyllischen Ebmatingen, ist umgeben von Natur aber trotzdem gut mit dem ÖV erschlossen (der nächste Busstop ist zu Fuss 5 Minuten entfernt und Zürich HB und die Universität sind per ÖV in 35 Minuten erreichbar). Die Wohnung hat ein grosses sonniges Wohnzimmer und ein Schlafzimmer mit schöner Sicht auf den Greifensee. Die Lage und Nachbarn sind ruhig und in greifbarer Nähe gibt es ein Migros und Coop. Die Monatsmiete ist 2090.- inklusive Anzahlung an die allgemeinen Nebenkosten (Heizung, verschiedene Gebühren, etc.). Die Stromkosten werden separat vom Mieter bezahlt. Der neue Mieter muss dem Eigentümer eine Mietzinskaution von 2 Monatsmieten bezahlen und für die Bewerbung benötigt der Eigentümer einen aktuellen Betreibungsregisterauszug. Da wir ins Ausland wegziehen, wollen wir unsere V-ZUG V2000 Geschirrspülmaschine, die wir vor 3 Jahren eingebaut haben (900.-) und unsere Möbel an den Nachmieter verkaufen. Wir freuen uns von Ihnen zu hören! English description: We are looking for someone to take over our 3.5 room apartment starting from October 1st 2026 since we are moving abroad. The apartment is located just outside of Zürich in the beautiful village of Ebmatingen. It has a big sunny living room and a separate bedroom with a nice view over the Greifensee and is surrounded by nature but still well connected through public transportation. A bus stop is located less than 5 minutes away by foot. Zürich main station and the university can be reached via public transportation in only 35 minutes. The area and also the neighbors are very quiet and both Migros and Coop supermarkets are nearby. The monthly rent is 2090.- including a partial payment for the additional costs but excluding electricity. The new tenant is required to pay a deposit of two monthly rents to the apartment owner which will be returned after the rental period is finished. For the application, the apartment owner needs a recent debt register extract statement (Betreibungsregisterauszug). As we are moving abroad and unfortunately cannot take any furniture with us, we would like to sell our V-ZUG V2000 dishwasher, which was installed three years ago, for CHF 900, as well as as much of the furniture as possible to the new tenant.
