Er ist Ende 9, kommt aus der Nähe von Venedig und arbeitet bei einem AI-Startup in Zürich und ist ein unkomplizierter und angenehmer Mitbewohner. **Lage & Wohnung** Die Wohnung liegt super zentral: Der Zürich HB ist zu Fuss erreichbar und in der direkten Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants, Bars und Cafés. Auch die Limmat ist schnell zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Buslinien 31 und 32 sind weniger als eine Minute entfernt, die Tramlinie 8 ist ebenfalls in Laufdistanz. Damit ist man schnell im Zentrum und generell sehr gut angebunden. Die Wohnung ist modern, gut ausgestattet und verfügt über alles, was man im Alltag braucht. **Miete & Möbel** Die Miete beträgt **CHF 2.095 pro Monat inklusive aller Nebenkosten**. The Limmat is also just a short walk away. Bus lines 31 and 32 are less than a minute away, and tram line 8 is also within walking distance, making it very easy to get around Zurich. The apartment is modern, well equipped and has everything you need for everyday life. **Rent & furniture** The rent is **CHF 1,370 per month including all utilities and additional costs**.
