The flat has 2 bedrooms, a small living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, laundry room in the building and a cellar. You’d share it with an EPFL Life Sciences (SV) student. It’s a calm and pleasant flatshare, so we’re looking for someone respectful, clean and easy-going :) Your room: spacious and bright, with 2 windows, furnished with a bed and wardrobe, plus access to a balcony. The room is rented through an agency, so the new tenant must take over the lease directly with the agency.
