The **living room** is directly accessible and offers large and cozy space. There is an additional **small office room** with a working desk which can be used as home office location. Access to second floor goes either through the room or via external stair on the roof terrace. A **bike** is available for use if needed. A **parking space in the underground garage** can be rented separately. **About your flatmates** You’ll be sharing the apartment with **C. (male)** and **A.
