Gleichzeitig ist mir mein Zuhause wichtig – und vor allem, mit wem ich es teile. Wir sollten uns also gut verstehen und ein ähnliches Verständnis von einem gemütlichen, entspannten Zuhause hat. Who is looking for a really beautiful apartment, a relaxed way of living together and a home with pretty great amenities from 1 November 2026 for 6–12 months? **Hard facts:** * 125 m² maisonette apartment right in Kreis 4 and just a 10-minute walk from Zurich HB * additional 40 m² private rooftop terrace * washer and dryer in the open-plan kitchen/living area * your own bathroom with shower & toilet * cleaning service every two weeks * fast internet * pretty good coffee machine setup * home cinema with large screen * CHF 2,050 all-in **How we live here:** The lower floor consists of three rooms, my bathroom and a large, open-plan kitchen/living area. Your room is of course your own private retreat and can be rented either furnished or unfurnished, with or without a bed. Depending on your needs, the third room can be used as a sports, guest or hobby room. Upstairs, there is the large and cosy living room: with home cinema, a workspace and a second (your) large bathroom with shower and toilet. And at the very top is the real highlight: our 40 m² rooftop terrace – with plenty of space for summer evenings, aperitifs, barbecues, soaking up the sun or simply doing absolutely nothing. **A little about me:** I’m Flo, 40, and pretty busy both professionally and in my free time. At the same time, my home is important to me – and above all, who I share it with. So we should get along well and have a similar idea of what makes a cosy, relaxed home. If time allows, I’d also be happy to cook together, watch a movie in the home cinema or enjoy the rooftop terrace from time to time.
