He is taking care of all the administrative things such as paying for all the bills and etc. Unfortunately his salary is 90% enough, we need another person to be main tenant with him. As we are looking for an additional main tenant, you should be able to show proof of finance. In other words, you need regular income after tax around 2.5-3k CHF at least. In case you don't have income, your parents can show their income, and they must work in Switzerland. We mainly use English but we also have a German speaking person.
