From November onwards, the apartment will be shared only by Alberto, his girlfriend, and the new tenant. This also means that the second bedroom will become available as an extra room, which can be used as a guest room, home office, study room, or for additional storage. Besides the bedrooms, the apartment features a spacious kitchen and living area, two bathrooms, a terrace, and is fully furnished. No additional costs for furniture or setup are required.
