Hey there, we are Lucija (F30 from Croatia) and Marta (F28 from Spain). We are looking for another roommate, since our current roommate is moving back to her home country. We both work and lead pretty busy lives with sports and travelling, but are happy to share a meal, silly chat or movie night together. We respect privacy when needed and like to keep our common areas clean for everyone to enjoy this space. The room is 28 m2 big and our roommate is selling her furniture (except for mirror and rug) in case you are interested. The room faces the inside of the shared building garden, so it's super quiet. It is available unlimited from 2st September and costs 2220 CHF (incl. Nebenkosten). Additional costs are cca. 25 CHF for internet and electricity. The deposit is 2530 CHF. The apartment (2st floor) is very large, bright and modern. We have our own washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. There are two balconies and two bathrooms. We also have a large storage room. The flat is located at Voltaplatz with the number 2 and 22 trams station right next to the building. The Novartis campus and a Coop are within 5 minutes' walk. The building was built in 2020.
