We've got a 16.8 m² room opening up in our apartment in the heart of Seefeld, and we're looking for someone easy-going, respectful and tidy to join us. I'm the one moving out, so I'm hoping to find someone good to take over my room and join the two flatmates who are staying on. The room is bright and feels really spacious thanks to the high 2.65 m ceilings. The flat itself is a generous 5.5-room place, 2.0 m² on the second floor. There's a big, fully equipped kitchen, a large living room and a separate dining area that closes off with a sliding door, two balconies, a full bathroom plus a separate second WC, and a washer/dryer right in the apartment. There's also cellar storage. Location-wise it's hard to beat. You're a few minutes from Kreuzplatz, with trams right on the doorstep, and the lake, cafés, restaurants and bars of Seefeld all close by. There are easy connections into the centre, the universities and the main station. As for the household, the two staying on are two international guys in their early thirties, a doctor and a consultant, and they're pretty calm, clean and respectful. They treat the place like a home rather than a dorm, keep it well looked after, and generally like having a quiet, grown-up environment where everyone has their own space but it's still friendly and easy with each other. We'd love to find someone who's working, reliable and considerate, and who'd feel at home in that kind of relaxed but tidy household. Female or male, all welcome, and expats especially so since the common language at home is English. The apartment is available immediately for move-in. There is a one-time CHF 600 deposit for the shared furniture and common-area items. In unserer Wohnung mitten im Seefeld wird ein 16.8 m² grosses Zimmer frei, und wir suchen jemanden Unkomplizierten, Rücksichtsvollen und Ordentlichen, der bei uns einzieht. Ich bin derjenige, der auszieht, und würde mein Zimmer gerne an jemand Netten übergeben, der zu den beiden verbleibenden Mitbewohnern dazukommt. Das Zimmer ist hell und wirkt dank der hohen Decken von 2.65 m richtig grosszügig. Die Wohnung selbst ist eine geräumige 5.5-Zimmer-Wohnung mit 2.0 m² im zweiten Stock. Es gibt eine grosse, voll ausgestattete Küche, ein grosses Wohnzimmer und einen separaten Essbereich, der sich mit einer Schiebetür abtrennen lässt, zwei Balkone, ein komplettes Badezimmer plus ein separates zweites WC und eine Waschmaschine mit Tumbler direkt in der Wohnung. Dazu kommt ein Kellerabteil. Die Lage ist kaum zu schlagen. Du bist in wenigen Minuten am Kreuzplatz, das Tram hält direkt vor der Tür, und der See sowie die Cafés, Restaurants und Bars des Seefelds sind ganz in der Nähe. Es gibt gute Verbindungen ins Zentrum, zu den Universitäten und zum Hauptbahnhof. Was die WG angeht: Die beiden, die bleiben, sind zwei internationale Jungs Anfang dreissig, ein Arzt und ein Berater, beide ziemlich ruhig, sauber und rücksichtsvoll. Sie behandeln die Wohnung wie ein Zuhause und nicht wie ein Studentenheim, halten alles gut in Schuss und mögen generell eine ruhige, erwachsene Atmosphäre, in der jeder seinen eigenen Raum hat, man aber trotzdem freundlich und unkompliziert miteinander umgeht. Wir würden uns über jemanden freuen, der berufstätig, zuverlässig und rücksichtsvoll ist und sich in so einem entspannten, aber ordentlichen Haushalt wohlfühlt. Ob weiblich oder männlich, alle sind willkommen, und Expats ganz besonders, da die gemeinsame Sprache zu Hause Englisch ist. Die Wohnung ist ab sofort verfügbar. Es gibt eine einmalige Kaution von CHF 600 für die gemeinsamen Möbel und die Gegenstände in den Gemeinschaftsräumen.
