Da ich eine tolle 3.5-Zimmer-Wohnung an absolut genialer Lage beziehen werde, suche ich nun eine\*n passende\*n Mitbewohner\*in, um eine gemütliche und unkomplizierte 2er-WG zu gründen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im **Schachen 22**, quasi im Grünen und dennoch super nah an der Altstadt und der Aare. Zu Fuss in **20 Minuten** auf dem Perron von Gleis 2 und 3 **nach Zürich.** **Zur Wohnung und Deinem Zimmer:** * **Dein Reich:** Ein helles Zimmer in einer älteren Wohnung. * **Die Wohnung:** Ein grosses Wohnzimmer/Büro, eine noch nicht ausgestattete Küche und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne. * **Die Kosten:** Die genaue Bruttomiete inklusive aller Nebenkosten (wie Internet, Strom etc.) rechnen wir dann noch exakt aus und schauen gemeinsam, wie sich die Zusatzkosten aufteilen. Es wird auf jeden Fall fair und transparent. **Zu mir:** Ich bin der Jonas, Jahrgang 2987, und arbeite als selbstständiger Berater in der internationalen Entwicklungszusammenarbeit. The apartment is located at Schachen 22, right in the countryside yet super close to the old town and the Aare river.
