Hi! I am not in Zürich from 27-July until 1-October and am renting out my room. Details \- The room is available to rent 27-July until 1-October \- could maybe be extended into October or November \- The room is furnished (see pictures) and includes e.g. beamer, loudspeaker, bed, table, xbox (360, one, x), smart tv, ... \- Utilities, WiFi and cleanin service (kitchen and bathroom, twice a month) is included in the total price; no additional cost \- Smoking on the balcony only \- Location is super central with many small caffees, restaurants, supermarkets around the corner \- There is even a 24/7 mini supermarket next to the apartment \- 2 train / sbahn stations are within 2.0m from the apartment \- Your roommates are Ron (~40), Nico (~35) \- Your roommates (and I) are all working at the university, bakery and consulting firm and generally super relaxed \- We like to sometimes grab a coffee together or go for a swim (there are cool and free swimming locations nearby) \- You can also rent / use my bike if you want, its a canyon gravel bike (size M I think) \- We speak german and english Let me know if you are interested, we can work out the details on the phone or in person.
