The room is 25m2 with private bathroom (with a bathtub). The room is spacious and has a southward facing window with a lot of natural light. We prefer candidates taking over the furniture (bed, desk, chair..) The flat is on the ground floor including a little garden and terrace with a nice view. The shared living room and kitchen is spacious and well equipped. There is a garage for the bike and a cellar to store stuff. For utilities (electrocity, biweekly cleaning, wifi) there is roughly 60 CHF extra to the rent! We are 3 guys (24, 28, 32) from Poland, Austria and Germany, affiliated with EPFL (PhD or PostDoc). We like to share time together after work, sometimes cooking, doing sports (sailing, running,..). However, sometimes we also prefer to have an evening to ourselves. The flat language is english, however, we would love to have a french speaker! We look for a young, outgoing person, happy to participate and bring in their personality :^) We look for someone staying for longer, i.e. at least a year. Tell us something about yourself!
