(Women preferred) As I have just moved together with my partner, my room on Siewerdtstrasse, Oerlikon is standing "empty" (there is a bed!). This is a shame if someone could use a bed over the next months time (**August, maybe mid-September**). My former flatmates (two chill swiss guys, age 26 and 43) are looking for a new person to move in (2050 CHF a month), which might take a bit of time, so in the meantime I would like to sublet my room. **Please provide:** 2. Preferred start and end date for staying in the room with only a bed. 2. Motivation 3. Information about yourself: name, age, gender 4. Are you currently in Zurich (visiting or living here) **Practicalities:** \- My sub-renter would sign a contract with me. \- This will NOT include registration at this address, only a place to stay. (If you are interested in moving in, you will need to have an interview with the flatmates) \- We will determine a price depending on the duration and dates you are interested in staying in the room. \- The room only has a bed. I can provide a duvet + bed linen. \- You will have access to the apartment's common rooms (kitchen, living room, balcony, and a toilet shared with the 26 year old flatmate), **About the very uncomplicated male swiss flatmates:** Marius: 26 years, PhD student at ETH. Ralph: 43 years, volunteer firefighter, works with food safety controls (Migros - so be prepared for free food samples). I have lived there almost 2 years and enjoyed the flat share, room, and location a lot! **About the apartment:** * Very spacious and light with high ceilings. * Suuuper close public transport, but no noise from this ever! * The room only has a bed. I can provide a duvet + bed linen. * You will have access to the apartment's common rooms (kitchen, living room, balcony, and a toilet shared with the 26 year old flatmate), * 3 min. walk to Oerlikon train station and tram stop "Oerlikon ost" * 5 min. walk to tram stop "Sternen Oerlikon" and "Messe/Hallenstadion" * 20 min. to Zurich Airport and Zurich main station (HB) with train * 20 min. to ETH Zentrum with tram 20 P.s.
