Located on the 5th floor, the apartment gets plenty of sun throughout the day, making it beautifully bright with lots of natural light. It also has a cute balcony with a lovely open view towards Uetliberg — perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing in the sun. The location is extremely convenient and lively, surrounded by many restaurants, cafés, bars and shops. Zürich HB is only about a 12-minute walk away, with excellent public transport connections nearby. The apartment is compact and therefore best suited for one person looking for a bright, central home in the heart of Zürich. Being on the 5th floor provides some distance from the street and helps reduce the city noise. However, Kreis 4 is a vibrant and dynamic neighborhood, and some noise can still be expected, particularly on weekends. It may therefore not be the best fit for very noise-sensitive sleepers.
