Hello! :) We are Fabio and Weijan, two tidy living, chilled people in our mid 20 and looking for a new flatmate! :) We value a clean home with a positive and easygoing atmosphere. The room is very bright and arrond 20m2, has a private access to the balcony and the apartment is very centrally located. There are two bathrooms and a huge balcony and the apartment includes a private washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. The Bus stop is right infront of the apartment and we have very good connections everywhere: You can reach Zurich Main Station or ETH Zentrum in about 20 minutes, and ETH Hönggerberg in around 30 minutes. Shops are nearby, and and the apartment overlooks a green area and a small river. if this sound good for you, we´d be happy to hear from you!
