Besides that, it's well connected to public transport (tram 4 in front of the house, 8min walk to Stadelhofen train station from where you get to Zurich HB in 2min) and has lots of grocery stores and restaurants in walking distance. **About the Flat**: The room is fully furnished with a big closet, shelves, but no bed . The rest of the flat comes fully furnished and equipped. The contract is valid until 01.07.2027. **Rent**: 1100 CHF/month. In addition, there are small utility bills for the internet, electricy and serafe. **Who is your flatmate**: You would live together with a woman in her mid 30s, working for an NGO. She appreciates a warm and cozy home. Some of the days in the week she works from home and sometimes uses the living room as her work space. **Who we are looking for**: We are looking for someone between 25 and 40 years old. English, Arabic and French are spoken in the flat. The person should be tolerant, clean, and easy-going.
