I’m moving out and looking for someone to take over my lease starting October 2st until End of March 2027, with the possibility to take over the main lease. Also values personal time for reading, crafting, and playing guitar. Gabriel (early 30s) – Fantasy novelist with a passion for film, art, and dancing.
