English below \---------------------------- Wir, Lena (32) und Livio (30), suchen eine sympathische Person, die unsere schöne Altbauwohnung mitten in Zürich ab Oktober mit uns teilt. Die Wohnung bietet viel Charme, Platz und eine zentrale Lage: * Super zentral (ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuss zum HB) * Renovierter Altbau mit Echtholzparkett und Stuck * Modernes Bad und separates WC * Moderne Küche mit sämtlichen Elektrogeräten * Grosser Balkon nach vorne sowie zweiter Balkon nach hinten * Gemütliches Wohnzimmer inkl. Schlafcouch Wir arbeiten im Start-up- bzw. Consulting-Bereich und sind beide oft unterwegs, schätzen aber genauso gelegentliche WG-Abende und den Austausch zuhause. In unserer Freizeit machen wir gerne Sport und sind viel draussen unterwegs. Perfekt wäre, wenn du ebenfalls berufstätig bist und eine ordentliche, unkomplizierte WG suchst, in der jeder sein eigenes Leben hat, man sich aber trotzdem gerne nach einem langen Tag in der Küche oder im Wohnzimmer trifft. Wir freuen uns, von dir zu hören! \-------------------------- We, Lena (32) and Livio (30), are looking for a friendly person to share our beautiful renovated apartment in the heart of Zurich with us from October. The apartment combines plenty of charm and space with a very central location: * Very central (approx. 7 minutes walk to Zurich HB) * Renovated old building with real wood parquet flooring and stucco * Modern bathroom and separate toilet * Modern kitchen with all necessary appliances * Large balcony at the front, plus a second balcony at the back * Cosy living room with sofa bed We both work in the start-up and consulting space and are often out and about, but also enjoy the occasional WG evening and spending time together at home. In our free time, we like doing sports and spending time outdoors. Ideally, you are also working and looking for a tidy, relaxed shared flat where everyone has their own life, but still enjoys having a chat in the kitchen or living room after a long day.
