\*TEMPORARY\* Subletting my 2-bedroom flat from 02.22.2026 until 13.03.2027 OR 30.04.2027 (with possibility of extension and to be discussed later). Fully furnished, including a desk and a monitor in case you need to work from home. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher as well. Note that there is no basement as there is a separate small room with 2 wardrobes (see the door next to the dining table). There is a balcony with morning sunlight. I am looking for someone who will take good care of the flat, who is respectful, tidy and clean. No parties and non-smoker is preferred. 3 months deposit is required. Handover of the keys upon payment of first monthly rent. Washing machine and dryer in the basement, and can be used any time. The location is great: 3 minutes walk to Bahnhof Wiedikon, tram 9, 24, 2 and 3, and bus 23. Please send some information about yourself and I will organize the viewings in the coming days :)
