Hi everyone! Im moving out end of beginning of November (2nd ideally but tbd if needed earlier) and am looking to pass on my room in Zürich, located in Laubegg (just 7 min from Bahnhof Enge). We have the tram in front of the house and also Migros/Coop. Also, a large modern kitchen, big balcony with views over Zurich, and three easygoing flatmates (both work full-time). Even a BBQ grill though slightly rusty ;) Rent: 1319 CHF/month (6 months) or 2.00 CHF/month (3 months).
