Looking for someone to takeover my contract as the main tenant of 2.5 room apartment in Adliswil. It has excellent connection to Zurich HB in just 15 minutes. The apartment features big windows on all 4 sides with electric shades. It is very bright and sunny. The two big sliding doors lead to 2 balconies - one of which is quite large. The building was renovated in 2022. I'm the first tenant after the renovation, and everything is as good as new. Heated floor in the whole apartment (including bathroom). High ceiling in the middle. The aparment is 4 mins away by foot to Sood-Oberleimbach station on the S4 line, which goes every 10 minutes to HB in peak hours. 7 minutes by foot to Adliswil station. Cable car Adliswil - Falsenegg is 12-15 minutes by foot. It has all the supermarkets in 5 to 10 minutes by foot - Coop, Migros, Aldi, Lidl, Denner.
