Hi, da ich (Micha) für drei Monate im Praktikum bin, vermiete ich mein Zimmer von **Oktober bis Dezember** unter. Das Zimmer ist ca. **6 m²** und **möbliert** (Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl und Kleiderstange). Die Miete beträgt **12.0 CHF pro Monat pauschal**. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe vom **Meierhofplatz** und das Highlight ist definitiv unser **Balkon direkt an der Limmat**. Die Wohnung hat ausserdem einen Geschirrspüler und ein grosses, helles Wohnzimmer. Du wirst mit Lilly, Dajana und Rafael zusammenwohnen. Wir sind eine 4er-WG von Studierenden und Young Professionals zwischen 24 und 31 Jahren. Wir kochen ab und zu zusammen oder verbringen einen Abend gemeinsam, haben aber genauso gerne unseren eigenen Space und gehen nach der Arbeit unseren eigenen Sachen nach. Es ist also eine entspannte Mischung aus WG-Leben und Privatsphäre. Sauberkeit ist uns relativ wichtig, deshalb haben wir einen Putzplan, damit es für alle unkompliziert bleibt. Wenn du Interesse hast, erzähl gerne ein bisschen über dich, wer du bist, was du in Zürich machst und wie du dir das Zusammenleben in einer WG vorstellst. Wir freuen uns, von dir zu hören :) English Hi, as I (Micha) will be away for an internship, I’m subletting my room for **three months, from October until December**. The room is around **6 m²** and comes **furnished** (bed, desk, chair and clothes rack). Rent is **CHF 12.0 per month,** all-inclusive. The apartment is located close to **Meierhofplatz**, and probably the best part is our **balcony directly overlooking the Limmat**. We also have a dishwasher and a spacious, bright living room. You’ll be living with Lilly, Dajana and Rafael. We’re a four-person flat share of students and young professionals between 24 and 31 years old. We sometimes cook together or hang out in the evening, but we also enjoy having our own space and doing our own thing after work. So it’s a nice balance between spending time together and having privacy. Keeping the apartment clean is relatively important to us, so we have a simple cleaning schedule.
