Hi, we are two masters students renting out a room on the ground floor in the middle of Baden old-town. The flat is managed by JUWO, so you need to fit the requirements/have an account there. Internet access is included in the rents price. As we are both close to finishing our degrees, we will be moving out coming January and March/April 2027. This means you can either stay until April or take over as main tenant and build your own WG! It takes only 7 min by foot to Baden Bhf. and a 25 min train ride to reach Zurich HB. We are generally open to anyone, but would appreciate someone who is responsible and respectful. Please include proof of your JUWO account when applying, else your application will be ignored. PS: Wir sprechen beide auch Schweizerdeutsch. Looking forward to meeting you
