My flatmate is moving out, so I'm looking for someone to take over the second bedroom in my flat. **The flat.** It's new, spacious, with wooden floors, high ceilings and light pouring in all day. There's a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine) and not one but two sunny balconies. **The room.** It's fully furnished with good-quality pieces. I took time to select nice pieces to have a homie feeling. **The area.** Wiedikon is one of the nicest parts of Zurich: cafés and bars around Idaplatz, the Sihl nearby, easy trams into town, and Uetliberg close by for a quick hike or trail run **About me.** I'm Maïa, French. I love being outdoors: skiing, sailing, diving, hiking, and travelling whenever I can. Also love a good party, cooking dinners and having people over. **Who I'm looking for.** Someone easygoing, clean and kind, who likes having a nice home. I'd love it if we got along naturally whether that means dinner together now and then, a drink on the balcony or a chat in the kitchen after work. The goal is to share a place we both enjoy and not just splitting the rent. The room is already available but It's important to find a person I get along with.
