ROOM STILL AVAILABLE UNTIL THIS AD IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. I am moving out early and looking for a male student to take over my contract. This room is from Intermezzo, currently fixed term contract (2/20/2026-2/3/2027) but have a chance to be extended later if renovation is postponed. You will share the flat with 2 male students. They are MSc students and are very chill, we don't yet have activities together but we keep shared spaces clean for each other. All information of the room (furnitures, what's included, rent etc) are available at intermezzo website https:// www .intermezzo .zuerich/apartment/ zurich-im-glockenacker-65-puma-home-room-2. They also made a 3D virtual tour so they don't provide in person viewing. Application is also done on intermezzo website. Debt extract and liability insurance are not mandatory.
