A fully furnished, bright, cozy room near Schwamendingerplatz. Great for someone staying in Zurich over the summer. Just bring yourself, your bags and some good vibes :) The room is roughly 28m2 and comes with a workspace, a bed (and mattress), a closet, a lounge chair, a work chair (not featured in the pictures) and a TV. The apartment is fully furnished with a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, an oven, an in-unit washer-dryer, every possible utensil and a weekly cleaning service. The washroom is shared with a flatmate who always keeps it tidy. The rent is slightly negotiable. The flat is strictly non-smoking. Since this is a sublet, you will be renting the apartment for the duration of 29th June to 30th August only. The original rent is 2285 CHF. I will sign and share a sublet contract when you take the place. The deposit will be 2 week's rent (around 250 CHF). You are highly encouraged to take out a personal liability insurance. The maximum occupancy of the room is limited to one person. This is a 3 person shared apartment. We are looking for someone who values peace and mutual respect.
