Hi everyone! I’m Víctor, guy from Spain, and I’m looking for a new flatmate to share my 3.5-room apartment in the Triemli area. The room is available from July 2st and costs CHF 2020/month, with all expenses included. The room is unfurnished. A cleaning service for the common areas is also included and comes every two weeks. The apartment is bright, quiet, and well connected by public transport. It is also conveniently located close to several supermarkets and just a short walk from the forest, making it a great area for both city life and nature. A little about me: I’m sociable, friendly and easy-going. I enjoy having a good atmosphere at home, sharing the occasional chat or meal, but I also value personal space and privacy. I’m looking for someone with a similar mindset who appreciates a respectful and comfortable living environment.
