Schoenes, grosses WG-Zimmer zur Untermiete (ca. 2 Monat, Zeitraum flexibel) Da ich waehrend meiner Ferien verreist bin, vermiete ich mein liebevoll eingerichtetes, grosses und helles Zimmer fuer etwa einen Monat unter. Der Zeitraum (und somit der Preis) ist flexibel - ein paar Tage weniger oder auch etwas laenger sind nach Absprache moeglich. Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem charmanten Hausteil in der Naehe des Schaffhauserplatzes, an einer sehr ruhigen Strasse. Die Lage ist angenehm und friedlich, mit netten Nachbar:innen und einer sehr guten Anbindung. Im Haus wohnt waehrend diesem Zeitraum noch Simon, dein netter Mitbewohner Mitte 30. Du hast ein eigenes WC und Lavabo, die Dusche teilst du dir lediglich mit Simon. Zur WG gehoeren ausserdem: \- ein wunderschoener Garten zum Entspannen \- ein gemuetliches, kuehles Sommerwohnzimmer \- eine voll ausgestattete Kueche \- Waschmaschine und Trockner \- WLAN \- genuegend Stauraum und Platz im Kuehlschrank, um dich waehrend deines Aufenthalts einzurichten Das Haus ist sehr geraeumig, gemuetlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man fuer einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. The rental period (and therefore the price) is flexible - staying a few days less or a little longer can be arranged. The room is located in a charming house near Schaffhauserplatz, on a very quiet street. It is a peaceful neighbourhood with lovely neighbours while still being very well connected to public transport and the city. During this time, you'll be sharing the house with Simon, your friendly housemate in his mid-30s. You'll have your own toilet and sink, while the shower is shared only with Simon. The house also offers: \- a beautiful garden to relax in \- a cosy, naturally cool summer living room \- a fully equipped kitchen \- washing machine and dryer \- Wi-Fi \- plenty of storage space, including room in the fridge to make yourself at home The house is spacious, comfortable, and has everything you need for a pleasant stay.
