Ich suche an Nachmieter/in für mein Zimmer in einer 4.5 Zimmer Wohnung (erster stock) in Belp. In Das Zimmer es gibt eine grosse Bettgestell und Matratze kann gerne weiter benutzt werden, 2.0/200cm. Es hat auch einen Kleiderschrank, bücherschrank und Tisch der übernommen werden kann. Ein Einbauschrank im Gang ist auch für das Zimmer reserviert. Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet (Waschmaschine, Glasherd, Mikrowelle) und die Mitbewohner sind bereit, Teller, Besteck und Küchen-Utensilien zu teilen. Im grosszügigen Wohnzimmer hat man Zugang zum sonnigen Balkon. Die Waschküche befindet sich im Keller, neben dem Fahrradraum. Deine Mitbewohner sind Johnny und Alexander, beide männlich. Ein Parkplatz kann hinzu gemietet werden. Die Landi ist 2.0 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt und Migros/Denner/Apotheke sind die nahegelegenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Miete beträgt 800.-CHF pro Monat In der nähe Umgebung hat man schöne Sicht auf die berge, und die Aare ist nicht weit entfernt. The rent is 800.-CHF, If you walk five minutes you have a great view of the mountains, and the river Aare is close by.
