We are looking for **a family** to take over this home, as WG arrangements are not permitted by the landlord. The apartment offers three rooms across two floors, a living room, a modern kitchen, a bathroom with separate shower, and a cozy bonus room on the upper level. The highlight is a large private rooftop terrace: perfect for summer evenings and barbecues, plus a small balcony, a cellar, and a secure bike room. The apartment is fully equiped of household appliances, including a washing machine and tumble dryer, a modern dishwasher and a modern oven. We did not add pictures of the rooms to protect the privacy of the current tenants. Furniture handover We are leaving behind several pieces of furniture that we would love to pass on to the new tenants. The apartment is in excellent condition, we've kept it clean and cared for it well throughout our 3 years here.
