The room is already available from 1st October and is planned as a long-term tenancy. My name is Vito, 23, from Puglia (Southern Italy) and I am working as at Zürich Airport. I speak fluently Italian, English, French and Spanish and a discrete level of German. I am looking for someone tidy, clean, down to earth and kind hearted to join the house contract. Furniture to be sold upon prior agreement. A deposit of 1,2.0 francs will also be required as from the contract. P.S. I only welcome applications from people aged 23/28.
