Le studio est situé dans un quartier résidentiel calme, à 10min à pied de la gare, ainsi qu'à 10min à pied du CSEM et de l'EPFL Microcity. L'hôpital est également accessible en 12min à pied. Vous trouverez des commerces à proximité de la gare ou au centre commercial de la Maladière (à 20min à pied). Il y a également deux arrêts de bus (106 Fontaine-André, 107 Liserons) qui permettent de rejoindre facilement le centre-ville, l'université de Neuchâtel et le lac en 15min. Le studio est très bien agencé, avec un coin cuisine séparé, un salon/chambre à coucher en L et de nombreux placards encastrés peu encombrants. Le studio est partiellement meublé (canapé en palettes sur mesure, étagères murales, table et chaises de salle à manger, un tapis), que je céderai volontiers gratuitement à la nouvelle locataire. Le studio est donc idéal pour les célibataires, les doctorantes ou les étudiantes, ainsi que pour les personnes faisant la navette. The studio is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, a 10-minute walk from the train station, as well as a 10-minute walk from CSEM and EPFL Microcity. The hospital is also a 12-minute walk away. You’ll find shops near the train station or at the Maladière shopping center (a 20-minute walk away). There are also two bus stops (106 Fontaine-André, 107 Liserons) that provide easy access to downtown, the University of Neuchâtel, and the lake in 15 minutes. The studio is very well laid out, with a separate kitchen area, an L-shaped living room/bedroom, and plenty of space-saving built-in closets.
