Unfurnished cca 26 m2 room in a very spacious flat on two floors. On the lower floor is a big kitchen with dining and living area. There is also a balcony, a small bathroom and a common room with our own washing machine and dryer. The bedrooms are on the upper floor with another, larger bathroom. We also have a very small cellar and nice bike storage. The room is avaliable from 2st of October but later move in date is also an option. The flat has very large windows so it's very light and bright. It's close to everything you need and you can be at HB in 25 minutes. It is located right next to the train tracks so it's not really suited for light sleepers who need complete silence. We are looking for an easy-going and friendly person who would idealy want to stay longterm. Since we are all in our late twenties (early thirties) and employed it would be nice to have someone with a similar age and schedule, who is finished or almost finished with their studies. Basic cleanliness level and following the cleaning schedule is required. Four people means the flat gets dirty fast and we would like to keep it clean. If you're a smoker, we have a balcony. We are not a big party flat but we do like to spend time together and would like someone who is interested in shared flat life, either just chatting in the evenings, cooking dinner together or doing something outside of the flat. We are also all international so you can expect our friends/family coming for a few days occasionally - but with snacks. Since Dani and Lucija don't speak fluent German (yet), the main language in the flat is English, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable speaking English at home. We are three people who have been living together for quite some time now and are searching for our last fantastic four member. Little bit about us: Henni (26, German) works in Zug as a spatial planner, loves swimming and cucumbers. Dani (30, Spanish) works as a mechanical engineer, but his true calling is sports, meeting friends and German. Lucija (27, Croatian) is a Chemistry PhD student who likes cooking, reading, running, animals and board games. We're looking forward to hearing a bit about you!
